L'appartement est très bien placé au cœur du quartier latin et a toutes les commodités (RER, Métro, magasins etc.). L'appartement est dans une rue très calme, aucun bruit de l'extérieur et la chambre donne sur une cour intérieure. Les literies sont très bonnes.

Le lavabo de la salle de bain est cassé, le frigo a besoin d'être dégivré pour refroidir et l'idée de mettre une boite à clef au fond de la boite aux lettres est très mauvaise. Impossible de voir le code à chiffres tout au fond ! De plus, meubler un si bel appartement avec des meubles de brocante (tables de salon et à manger, et meubles) le dévalorise à mes yeux.

Location, spacious living area, kitchen workable, nice windows and view, nice lighting in common areas.

Very shabby and unloved. The table in the front hall has all sorts of stuff behind it where it has not been vacuumed, no reading lights or table/ shelf to act like a nightstand in the bedroom (ridiculous not to have a place for a glass of water, etc.) no ventilation in bathroom, the lockbox for the key is HORRIBLE. Paint peeling in bathroom. Shower head not screwed on properly. The carpeting needs to be changed. It’s dirty looking. $51 fee to check in early felt very unfriendly. We call it “being nickled and dimed. We felt the value for $ was not fair. Would never stay there again.
