I’m a low maintenance no frills solo traveler that likes their privacy, was in town for several days, and this place met my needs - clean, comfortable, convenient to train and bus stops, safe, and staff that was presumably available by phone, should I need them (I didn’t).
To mention anything here would just be nit picking.

Absolutely loved this charming place . Super comfy and cozy . The bed was awesome . Fell asleep instantly Just the right place I needed for the time needed . I wish I had funds to stay longer . Will definitely book again . Loved the fact so close to light rail , park and food . If u are from out of town this is the best place . Centrally located to what Seattle has to offer .

The place was very well equipped, clean and they really made a great job designing it to feel cozy despite being in the basement of the building. Volunteer Park is really nice and enjoyed having it nearby.
The neighbourhood is super authentic, but it also has a lot of grit - I would’ve visited, but not stayed there if I had known better.
The room had very little light making its way inside and I had to pass garbage bins before getting to the door. I think the price was too high compared with the value.
