El Paul ens va facilitar que poguéssim deixar les motxilles abans del check-in i també deixar-les després del check-out i poder recollir-les després, la qual cosa facilita poder anar lliurement a fer visites el primer i darrer dia sense haver de llogar una consigna

Good central location near tram station and central square. Coffee pod machine was good and kitchen included a washer dryer. Smart TV and WiFi.

Entry door is difficult to open with keys and two locks. Key felt fragile in lock. A code entry would be easier to manage for everyone. Main bedroom has no windows and smells strongly of damp with little ventilation. No visible air conditioning or smoke alarms. Poor communication from owner regarding entry. Ignored phone calls and messages, did not send entry code beforehand and only after contacting Booking.com support. Apartment space is a converted shop space with bedroom in windowless basement. Raised area on floor next to kitchen casing trip hazard near stairs and hob. No 4G or phone signal in apartment at all, had to rely on WiFi for calls and messages. Toilet seat was broken. Shower is separate from toilet which is back is up steps from bedroom. Potentially dangerous bedroom location with no clear exit in case of emergency. Spiral Stairs to bedroom are steep and dark. No handrail on stairs. Slept on sofa bed in living room instead.

Le logement est très propre, bien décoré et fidèle aux photos. L’emplacement est pratique pour découvrir Bordeaux, et le duplex est confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour.

Rien, tout était parfait. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de voir le concierge, mais ce n’était pas gênant.
