Cœur de Bordeaux

Location is very good, restaurants, shops and museum are super close. It is a nice apartment for 2 people, you have all the basics that you may need. It is located on the fourth floor. There is a coffee machine, but the coffee capsules are not provided.

It was not properly cleaned. Besides dust and old spider web in the corners, our towels were dirty and smelly. We also got bitten at night (over 50 bites on my body) by insects (I don’t know if they were bedbugs or other type). That is the only negative remark. Also, one pillow is very hard and the other one is extremelly soft, I would recommend having a medium one.

Läget var mycket bra. Lägenheten var mysigt möblerad. Den ena fåtöljen var skön att sitta i och sängen skön att ligga i.

Tillgängligheten med den smala spiraltrappan utan trappräcke och utan elektriskt ljus upp till fjärde våningen var under all kritik. Väl uppe i lägenheten var man inspärrad utan möjlighet till utrymning vid en ev. Brand. En stege till takfönstren hade gett möjlighet till utrymning via husets tak. Duschen saknade väggfäste för duschmunstycke, en ugn för att värma bröd mm. saknades liksom kastruller för att värma vatten mm. Knivarna var så slöa att man knappast kunde skära brödet. Galgar för byxor mm. saknades. Sladdar och strömfördelare låg spridda över delar av golvet.

Outside control of the hosts of course but the heat in the room being at top of building was at times almost unbearable I would recommend a stronger fan or two when temperatures are above 30 degrees. It’s quite a climb to the top floor Which was not a problem for me but to be aware of

- Più di 80 scale (non menzionate nella prenotazione) - host poco disponibile e non raggiungibile al telefono (mancava la chiave dove c’era stato segnalato avrebbe dovuto essere) e solo dopo diverse chiamate, messaggi il proprietario ci ha risposto quasi infastidito. Per fortuna, noi parliamo perfettamente francese. - Appartamento con dettagli da sistemare (bagno con tubi a vista e impolverati, doccia senza supporto)
