Kwatera jest położona blisko dworca kolejowego. Kilkadziesiąt metrów dalej jest sklep spożywczy. Mieszkanie mimo położenia na parterze jest bardzo ciche. Na ulicy jeżdżą tylko tramwaje ale praktycznie ich nie słychać. Kuchnia jest wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba. Sama kuchenka elektryczna ma bardzo prostą obsługę. Łózka wygodne. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba.
Właściciel na SMSy po angielsku odpisuje po francusku. Warto wcześniej poćwiczyć tłumaczenie na polski.

Bien placé en ville avec commerce à proximité et parking public à proximité. Belle et très grande salle de bain. Appartement silencieux tant des voisins que de la rue. Belle télévision. Logement propre et moderne. Décoration de bon goût mais standardisée et sans charme.
Batterie de cuisine insuffisante. Pas assez de casseroles. Pas d'essoreuse à salade. Pas de grille pain. Deus plaques vitrocéramique seulement. Réfrigérateur trop petit. Pas de congélateur. Aucun mode d'emploi de l'électro-ménager disponible. Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. L'accès à l'appartement par les partie commune gagnerait à être mieux entretenu.

Bon emplacement, proche de la gare et du centre-ville
Le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer, nous étions 4, il manquait des draps et des serviettes, toujours pénible quand on arrive.
