Beliggenheten, størrelsen på leiligheten. Godt utstyrt med glass bestikk, komfyr, kjøleskap.
Manglene oppfølging med skifting av lys i spotter. Generelt dårlig renhold og uryddig i skap. Dårlig sittekomfort i sofa og dårlig leselys i tv kroken.
Verten var ikke innom i de 3 ukene vi var der fra 22. sept. og til 13. oktober. Dette er ikke slik vi er vant til de andre stedene vi har leid.
Forventer det ut i fra den prisen man setter ved utleie.
