Great location

Die Wohnanlage ist wunderschön an einen Hang gebaut und die Gärten sind sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Der Strand mit all seinen Angeboten ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat nichts an Ausstattung vermissen lassen und war tip-top sauber! Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist sehr schön! Die Pool Anlage war eine nette kleine Abwechslung.

Treppen. Es gibt wegen dem Hang viele Treppen... Für uns kein großes Problem, aber für Menschen mit irgendwelchen Einschränkungen beim Treppen steigen, ist von dieser Wohnung abzuraten. Für uns wichtiger waren die zu weichen Betten, so dass wir auf dass Sofa ausgewichen sind.

Phantastischer Ausblick von der Terasse auf die Bucht von Burriana. Der schöne Strand ist nur 200 m entfernt , allerdings mit einigen Treppenstufen, die uns aber nicht gestört haben. Man läuft durch ein Arboreum zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig weg von der Straße und Bars gelegen. Die FeWo ist zwar schon etwas älter aber es ist alles da was man braucht auch in der Küche.

Die Schlafzimmer sind doch etwas klein

The apartment, complex and surrounding area are simply beautiful. The view is absolutely incredible, we couldn't get enough of it, night or day. The balcony is a suntrap, perfectly situated to provide shelter from the coastal winds, with a variety of chairs for relaxation, and a table and chairs for outside dining. The private garden walk down to the beach, with water features, seating areas and beautiful plants by ponds with fish and terrapins was enchanting. It only takes a few minutes to be right on the beach front, shops and restaurants. Parking was easy to find, right next to our stairway and the roads around the complex are quiet and peaceful. This is a perfect location to explore the area either on foot or by car. The kitchen is well equipped, it was a nice touch having some laundry capsules by the washing machine. We loved the lounge and kitchen area, it was spacious but felt homely and cosy in the evenings. WiFi was great and the sofas and beds were very comfortable. It was very easy to make contact to collect and drop off the keys. We will definitely stay here again.

The shower did leak a little when we used it and was a bit outdated. There was an occasional drain smell from the bathroom, but we just kept the door shut when it did smell and it really wasn't an issue. Finding the apartment itself was a bit of a game, so I recommend you find it before carting your luggage along with you. As mentioned in other reviews, there are a lot of stairs to carry your luggage down even if you use the lift, but it is entirely worth it for the beautiful apartment and the STUNNING view.
