163이 위치는 Ooak만큼 좋은데 Ooak보다 더 먼저 지어저셔 약간 더 낡았을 줄 알았는데, 숙소 관리 상태가 좋고 정수기, 쓰레기봉투, 세탁세제 등 필요한 용품들이 다 구비되어 있어 Stay를 위해 추가로 구매해야하는 것들이 없었음. 말레이시아 콘도들이 그렇듯이 우리가 숙박할때도 운나쁘게 하필 아코리스 A동 수영장 시설이 수리중이었는데, 관리 하는 분께서 Ooak 출입증을 우편함을 통해 제공해주어서 Ooak 수영장과 헬스장을 마음껏 사용할 수 있었음. 문제는 생길 수 있지만 밤 10시건 상관없이 대응해주는 관리팀에 감사함.
큰 수건이 네장 제공되는데 여분이 더 있었으면.. 수영장 가고 할때 쓰이다보니 좀 부족하다고 생각했음.

Location, furnishing and cleanliness. Quiet also due to excellent double glazing.
Shower heads faulty, bedside lamp didn't work and ironing board was very poor. On balance these were very minor things though.

In a great location close to amenities & 1MK & 1 Utama malls. It’s just behind Hyatt House in Mount Kiara & next to 163 Mall too.
Nothing to complain about except that the towels provided were not very absorbent & we ended up buying some of our own.
