Namba Shinsaibashi 10 mins Osaka Castle　East

The property had all the necessary items as in any home. The kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed. The toilets were even better, it took real good care of our bottom. So was the water pressure and hot water. The supermarket and 7 eleven was really great being so close by, also the train station was so close and easy to get to town. I truly like the area and we were considered very close to Osaka town.

Only problem was most items did not explain in English. It may be a bit difficult for older folks as the staircase was very steep and a lot of the items are very low and stooping can be a problem. The main couch in the hall is very low and very uncomfortable to sit on for long periods. A few cupboards for placing clothes at the washing area would be good, as all our clothes had to be left in our bags, and 5 people can be very tight and very difficult to carry up the narrow stairs. It would have been good if we knew about the submission of the passports earlier, as that would help us get into the house earlier. A few more mirrors upstairs would be good as that would help allot. One or two English TV channels would have been really good, at least one channel.

Close to the train station and supermarket

The stairs are too narrow and deep, couldn’t take any luggages upstairs. The facial washing sink is too small.

1. Refurbished old charm house with fresh tatami ♥️ 2. Clean interiors and great upkeep . 3. Easy to locate from subway station but be aware of the exit is a flight of staircase (common in Japan) 4. All white goods are in working condition & wonderful for my laundry. 5. Bedrooms are spacious and bright.

1. The towels are really too small even for an Asian like me - to make it more scratchy - it’s poly blend (non absorbent & skin unfriendly) 2. User manual for washing is outdated 3. Typical traditional Japanese staircase - unsafe for young kids & elders. 4. Shower room & wash basin are too tiny for my liking. 5. Sleeping on floor beds takes time to get use to.

駅から近く、安いコインパーキングもすぐ近くだったこと。 子ども含め8人で泊まってもゆったり寝られたこと。 ドラム式洗濯機があったので連泊で洗濯ができて助かった。 ランドリールームが広かったので、折りたたみ傘を5本も広げて乾かせたのも良かった！ 宿泊費から考えると満足度は非常に高い。

ランドリールームが独特のにおいがした。 コンパクトな家だからやむを得ないが、口コミにもあった通り、階段は踏み面が小さくて角度も急。 シャワーが固くて泡が付いた手では非常にひねりにくかった。 タオルが1人あたり1枚のバスタオルしかなく、トイレや洗面所にタオルが無かったのが不便だった。 食器を拭くものか無かった。 洗面台がとても小さいので顔を洗うと床がビチョビチョになる。(と想像できたのでシンクで洗顔しました。) ソファはクッションを背もたれに使わないと背もたれが固い。
