This is a new building and the stay was top notch. Close to a station and multiple eateries. The host was responsive in a timely manner. The apartment was big and clean. The beds were comfortable and the drying function in the shower room was awesome. My next trip to Osaka will be easy to plan because this is definitely where I will stay again.

Overall good stay and location in Osaka. Excellent folder with description for equipment. Only real issue was the smell of the reception area, very smokey.

Our stay was very nice. It was located in a not too busy area but we had access to where we wanted to go. The washing machine was a plus!! Thank you!

Quadruple Room, Everything feels new in this condo room. Our room was spotless clean. The kitchen is equipped with the basic necessities for light cooking or warming up food. Dyson hair dryer was a bonus for me and my 3 girls long hairs. TV has Netflix and YouTube functions. We had an error code on the washing machine and the staff was so quick to come over and get everything fixed Sameday, with no inconvenience at all. The location is prime very close proximity to Osaka Castle Park. I would say approximately 10 minutes walk. The Morinomiya Station is around the corner about a couple of blocks away. Central Supermarket was walking distance. Convenience stores around the corner. Bakery’s nearby, playgrounds, for small children at the park, and more. This property is a hidden gem. Staff is kind, respectful and is quick to respond since it’s a self checkin process. Straightforward, the building is easily accessible as well as the room itself with digital passcodes. The washing machine and detergent provided was a plus for me to have in the room. The tub air drying function was very efficient. Definitely recommend, I stayed there with 3 small children and everything is convenient for long term stays. If provided the opportunity to visit in the future, I’d love to stay again.
