There staff asking for tip and that amount was fixed by there staff and it’s compulsory to pay them.

The home was nice and clean, the staff was really helpful and did help us manage our travel to the temple and back home. The bathroom was clean.it also had nice restaurant to eat and the area was nice.
It has no lift and a lot of stairs to climb. We had some luggage and it was a little difficult to carry it up at check in and check out without a lift.
