villa très bien placée avec accès à la plage par un petit chemin sans avoir besoin de faire tout le tour.
la baie vitrée principale et les volets auraient besoin de nouveaux roulements, il est très difficile de l'ouvrir et de la fermer.

Ottima posizione. Vicinissima al mare e passaggio privato per accedervi. Si arriva alla spiaggia Bados. La casa è molto grande ed accogliente, 2 bagni e docce anche fuori, così torni dalla spiaggia e puoi lavarti. Massima cordialità sia in fase di checkin sia durante la consegna chiavi e per il checkout.

Super gute Lage und toller Blick! Außerdem ein super Garten in dem man gut Zeit verbringen kann. In 3 min ist man bei einer Strandbar/Restaurant.
Keine Heizmöglichkeit (steht aber auch so in der Beschreibung und wir wussten es vorher, wir waren Anfang Mai dort, im Sommer ist das vermutlich egal). Ein Wasserkocher wäre gut zu haben. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Nice views to the beach and a short walk for a swim. Very quiet neighbourhood, at least in October. Though some local said it's more noisy during the hight season. Garden was big enough to play some ball with kids. In October the sea temperature was ok but not very warm.
There is no heating in the house so it can get a bit chilly in October. Not too bad though. There is an "old cottage" smell in the house in the cabinets so we didn't want to store our clothes in those during our stay.
