Byt je v dobré lokalitě.

Na klíčích nebyl avizovaný ovladač ke garáži. Majitelka nezvedla telefon, vyměnili jsme si tedy několik SMS s tím, že je ovladač asi vybitý, tak nám otevře na dálku. Jelikož nám tuhle informaci nedala vědět dopředu, zaparkování jsme řešili minimálně 15 minut. V bytě byla celkem čtvrt rolička toaletního papíru, náhradní chyběl, večer jsme tedy kupovali vlastní. Byt byl velmi zběžně uklizený, wc mísa špinavá. Byt je hezký, ale zasloužil by víc péče.

The garage was useful. The main reason for our stay was the convenient location.

Firstly the owners would not answer my messages, so I called and the individual who answered was not pleasant, regardless I asked them politely to read my message which they never did. It had to do with extending my stay there so I just made a separate booking and slept somewhere else for the night in between since they did not respond. Check in was also a mess both times. The first time, instructions came in 30min after check-in time and were incomplete. I went to check in a bit later, searched for the keys everywhere and finally called, they wouldn’t answer and would message (in Czech) saying they can’t talk. Finally they sent the instruction photos, even then the key box shown was the wrong one. In the apartment there’s no shower curtain and an overhead lamp randomly detached from the ceiling at some point, luckily it didn’t hurt anybody. For the second check-in we came on time and were soon met by the cleaning lady who said she was told we were coming later so we left and came back an hour later to allow her to quickly tidy. The door itself has a code which was not changed between stays and looks like it has never been changed so I wouldn’t keep valuables out in the open. The code was glitching the second time anyway. And on top of that there’s one key to the building front door and the buzzer doesn’t work so if you ever need to open the door for someone, you’ll have to go down from the top floor each time.
