Horské apartmány Na Pastvinách

Bardzo wygodne łóżka , ciepło, czysto, cisza i piękne widoki :) apartamenty bardzo dobrze wyposażone.

Apartmán je jednoduše skvělý a jeho poloha nemůže být lepší. Najdete zde vše, co potřebujete: plně vybavenou kuchyň i malé, milé detaily, které pobyt zpříjemňují. Od prvního okamžiku jsme se cítili jako doma. Okolí je klidné, a přitom v docházkové vzdálenosti od památek, restaurací i obchodů. Komunikace s hostitelem byla velmi milá a bezproblémová. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme a ubytování můžeme vřele doporučit!

Najbardziej podobał nam się spokój oraz urządzenie i wyposażenie całego mieszkania. Niczego nam nie zabrakło. Kontakt z właścicielem również był dobry, Pan Tom bardzo szybko odpisywał i służył radą.

Przy pełnym obłożeniu domu był minimalny problem z zaparkowaniem, przyjechaliśmy bowiem na dwa samochody, ale na szczęście naprzeciwko stoi drugi dom tego samego właściciela i tam udało się zaparkować.

Nice location with beautiful views. The apartment is pleasant and modern, with clear instructions for heating.

1. The terrace furniture was dirty and needed cleaning, including bird droppings. 2. The biggest issue is the self‑locking door lock. If the door closes accidentally while the key is inside, entry is completely blocked and requires a service call. The host charges guests €65 for this, claiming it is due to “not following the rules,” but he never pointed to any specific regulation despite being asked. The host insists he is not responsible for guests’ mistakes. He provided long instructions for heating, the coffee machine, and drying clothes, but never mentioned this critical lock problem. Fortunately, the door locked only after we had already taken our luggage outside and were leaving. Otherwise, the situation could have caused serious delays. After contacting Booking.com and requesting the actual invoice, we discovered that the lock service cost was lower (1280 CZK, about €53). In the end, I proposed splitting the cost with the host, given his responsibility for failing to inform guests and for installing such a problematic lock. He agreed, and we ultimately paid half of the service fee plus the transfer charge to the Czech bank. Nevertheless, the time this situation took (almost to 1.5 month after stay ended), the need for Booking.com’s intervention, and the host’s lack of accountability left a bad impression after what had otherwise been a pleasant experience. So, I cannot recommend this host and will definitely not return.
