Incredible location, easy check in, included parking, ocean view, aircon.

Whilst the property was reasonably clean, the sheets, bathroom and kitchen were reasonable, it needed a good deep clean, light fittings, fans etc were filthy. Looked to have been last decorated and carpeted somewhere in the 1970s.Not suitable for young children or those with limited mobility due to lots of stairs and risk of kids tumbling over the rail of the loft.

I stayed here 40 years ago for Country Week and nothing has changed. You can watch the Cott microcosm go by from the balcony. You can have a salty dip within a 2 min walk or laze by the pool. Even though it was hot, hardly anyone used the pool. The secure underground parking is great because you would never get a parking spot in Cott. There are multiple cafes close by but a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. For the price, it's a bargain for a couple and one single.

Other reviewers have commented on the dated decor. After 40 years, yes, but it was clean and comfortable enough. The parking is very tight. My Kluger would only just fit in after a 10 point turn. There are many steps up to the complex and I wouldn't recommend it for elderly people. The AC unit keeps the first floor cool but doesn't reach the mezzanine up the tiny spiral stairs. The summer rate was expensive for what it is but... location, location, location. The worst part is the third party booking fee you're forced to pay to secure the property. Superhog is the external agent. There are a lot of rules and instructions but I'm guessing the owners have had their share of scuzzbuckets doing the wrong thing. I won't be racing back to stay but I wouldn't say no to another visit if I needed to be in Cott.
