Excellent location, so close to the beach.
Underground car park.
Comfortable beds.
The windows and balcony area needed a good clean.
The shower drips. The kitchen cupboard doors stick and need hanging properly. No plug for the sink or washing up bowl. Some of the lights don’t work.

Would be a good summer location as super close to beach, unfortunately it rained the whole time I was there. Bus stop was nice and close, but buses don't come often enough. Pool looked nice but too cold to use. Places to eat in walking distance but not open some nights.
Was a little run down compared to photos. The big letdown was the balcony windows were really dirty so not a good first impression. The flyscreen door also had a patch in it that had been fixed with some strange white pad which had gone mouldy. I didn't use the kitchen as there were some bugs in the cupboards and no bug spray. Free toiletries didn't include any soap. Says spa bath but there wasn't even a bath. A washing machine would have been handy.
