Sleeping in a castle

The hosts were very friendly and it was nice to hear about the history. It really felt like being in a small castle. The rooms have been renovated beautifully. Easy and secure parking inside the grounds. Great location to go to Juno beach and to the restaurants at the harbour. Breakfast is in the big room downstairs and the table was set wonderfully. You can preorder breakfast the day before. It is a unique experience to stay here and was a nice change to staying in a normal hotel.

It was hard to find the entrance which is on a corner at the junction with tall black gates but you find it after driving past slowly.

A beautifully restored chateau in its own walled grounds yet in the heart of Courseulles. Superbly decorated, hosts very welcoming. Very tranquille. Excellent breakfast. An exceptional place to stay.

A unique experience in a wonderful Chateau.

A unique place to stay - a wonderful Chateau full of history and luxurious original features. Large very comfortable room and bed. Spotlessly clean. Excellent location for visiting the D-Day sites (some of them within walking distance) and in the centre of a pretty town with shops and restaurants. Our host was very helpful and allowed us to check in a bit early.

Ongelooflijk vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars. Zij hebben met veel liefde het kasteel gerestaureerd, smaakvol gedaan. Ruime confortabele kamers, grote badkamer. Ontbijt a la carte, perfect ! Zeer centraal gelegen, op wandelafstand van het strand en de restaurants.

Prachtige chambre d'hôtes op een fantastische locatie in Normandië.

Uitgebreid ontbijt dat je zelf kon samenstellen. Gastheer en gastvrouw waren zeer aangenaam en behulpzaam. De gîte is in een kasteel dat prachtig werd gerenoveerd en met oog voor detail ingericht. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug.
