The team are cooperative and friendly , the Room size is good and the Flat is cleaned comparing with other located on the same area WIFI network is Ok also

I'm Totally don't like The Type of perfume or incense which used in lobbies and rooms since its completely not healthy and affect the persons or kids whose suffer from chest diseases like me, the same has been highlighted to the hotel management but unfortunately they still use it

Колоритний автентичний готель з привітним і доброзичливим персоналом. У нас був великий номер із спальнею, вітальнею і кухнею; наявність і кондиціонера, і стельового вентилятора. В номері стояли якісь матраци, але на ті, що для сну не схожі. Виявилось, що це маджліс-матраци для напольного відпочинку.

Попри те, що готель з свіжим ремонтом і керівництво вклалось в затишок для гостей, не всі гості це цінують. Було прикро за мʼякий куточок у вітальні з плямами від їжі. Причому я оцінила, що куточок виготовлений на замовлення - під певні розміри кімнати і особливості форми стіни. Видно, що його чистили, але неприємно за таких неохайних гостей.

The rooms are clean and well maintained even the public area. Linens and towels don't have stain moreover they provide hotel slippers. Regular refill of water (4 nights) and sister hotel's restaurant were a plus since it was raining when we were there. Manager Mohamed Ali was also flexible in giving discounted rates on long stay. Wifi works well too.

There was one instance when receptionist Ali (the one with eyeglasses) was inflexible. While he did not have change for money, he even left message to coworker to follow up and collect money even late at night. There is a constant smell of Oud in the hallway and reception most of the time. Seen dead roach once on top of the bedside table. Front road tend to be flooded during heavy rains.

The staff is friendly. It’s very clean. The room is spacious. The location is perfect, easy to find and you can find everything there. There is a lift. They were available on WhatsApp also, sent me a location. There was a kitchen with a kettle and fridge, but no dishes, even there was a small balcony. There is a towel and slippers in a bathroom, shampoo.

No hair drier. No gym. But it’s okay, All other is perfect. I recommend this hotel. Worth its price
