The location is very convenient, with parking right next to the room. It is also close to 7-Eleven, Dimsum Zaina, the morning market, the night market, Big C supermarket, and the Khlong Hae Floating Market. The air conditioning was also very cold and worked well.

The cleanliness was very disappointing. There was a lot of lizard droppings in the room, on the bed, and in the toilet. Additionally, the Wi-Fi had no internet connection. I stayed here in 2024 and it was clean, neat, and everything worked well, so this was a big letdown.
