    i would recommended this hotel not to far from kim yong market but this area not to busy as others hotel. U can sleep peacefully

    We had some issues during checkin with the booking made. We booked and confirmed with Agoda for Classic Deluxe. However, the staff insisted that we have booked Classic Twin. She even showed me her booking which indeed not the same as ours. She told her that the hotel was full and the classic deluxe was not available . As it was late, we reluctantly accepted the room. Once we were in the room the air con had a loud sound and was very hard for us to sleep. We were then moved to another room. Surprisingly it was a classic deluxe. On our last night, the aircon was not functioning. We had to move to another room. We stayed 3 nights and all in different types of rooms. In general, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Maybe the management would like to look into maintenance of the aircon etc. As for our booking dispute, we have shown the staff copy of our confirmation from Agoda that we have booked and confirmed for Classic Deluxe Room. Probably the management would like to look into this too. Overall, we had a good stay despite all the inconvenience.

    Water pressure very low. Complaint twice and the issue unable to resolved. Low quality mattress & pillow compared to other same price hotel in Hatyai. Other than that, the room is modern decorated and AC is cold.
