2B Apartment Castegner with garden & free parking

The apartment is very nice, nicely furnished and conceived for all comforts. Inside it’s cool (even keeping the ac off) and outside, the covered terrace and the garden are great to enjoy. BBQ and water point in the garden are extremely useful. Parking in the property is also very comfortable. The area is very quiet and 5’ drive from a big shopping mall so very convenient for groceries. 15-20’ walk from the city center, pleasant to have a stroll in the evening. Responsiveness of the staff also great, before and during the stay. I definetely recommend this place and would certainly reconsider if again in Pula🩷

Just a few minor fixings needed: The curtain hanger in one of the bedrooms; The door hinge of the living room; The drain of the toilet sink seems slightly clogged. You could also consider to add a few deck chairs outside…would be an extra point😁

The house was spacious and well-equipped, however there were a few basic things missing, such as a broom to sweep the floors or kitchen towels. There was a garden broom outside, but was not suitable for inside. Overall, the house was very pleasant, and the air conditioner worked brilliantly, specially that it was extremely hot outside. There is a great and very private patio area with a large outdoor table, which sadly we couldn't enjoy since it was too hot and humid to stay outside. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, lots of wardrobes and the kitchen is great too. The shower was brilliant, and we used the washing machine a few times as well (washing liquid was provided by the host, which was amazing).

The dishwasher was broken by the previous guests, so we couldn't use it at all, and also the extractor fan didn't work, so it got a bit steamy in the kitchen when we cooked. No tea towels or broom and dustpan in the kitchen either. The sockets (not just one) were hanging from the wall, which is very dangerous and should be fixed immediately before letting families with children to stay there. These are the reasons I don't give it 10 stars, but these are easily fixable by the property management, and I would recommend this house to families. Overall, a very nice and pleasant stay.
