Apartman je na fenomenalnoj lokaciji u samom centru, a opet poprilično miran za spavanje i odmor. veoma prostran i jako lepo opremljen. Ima svoj obezbedjen parking jako blizu objekta. Komunijacija sa domaćinom je bila dobra i odgovarao je jako brzo na par pitanja koje smo imali. Apartman je jako čist.
Mana mu je što nema lift a na 3. je spratu. Malo je nezgodno ko dlazi kolima da se preuzmu ključevi od parkinga jer tu kod apartmana se nema gde lepo zastati.

Die Ausstattung Indie Räumlichkeiten passen ganz gut. Hochwertige Elektrogeräte vorhanden, Klimageräte & Internet funktioniert einwandfrei. Schlafzimmer ist Top eingerichtet. 2 Schlafzimmer leider sehr schlecht mit einem sehr schlechten Bett.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock. Kein Lift, enges Stiegenhaus, das leider auch sehr Baufällig ist. Die Lage des Apartments ist auch nicht optimal, neben einer Schule und es stimmt such in dem Stadtteil.

"Nice, clean, roomy and has heaters. This help us as our stay was in February it rains.
Location is great just 5 min walking to promenade.
