房價很便宜，房間乾淨，設備的狀況也都不錯，有提供盤盥洗用品、洗衣粉、吹風機、簡易的廚具和餐具，週邊有好幾家超市和餐廳，採購很方便
客廳沒有冷氣是敗筆，沒有提供飲水機，離最近的地鐵站還得走15分鐘，在天氣熱的情況下是酷刑
