Astiasto riittävä ja puhdas (ei tarvitse tiskausta ennen käyttöä), keittiön yleisilme siisti. Majoittaja pitää paikat hyvässä kunnossa. Varustetaso hyvä lyhyen ajan vuokraukseen. Auton parkkeeraus onnistuu talon viereen.
