Luxury Holiday Home with Private Lake

Everything about the property was great, there was nothing we felt was missing and the value for money was really good. Both saunas are great, the lake is clean and nice to swim in (very nice to go back and forth between that and the wooden sauna), the kitchen and gas BBQ were well equipped and easy to use. The extra facilities like the massive TV and the billiard table were very nice to have. There is even Wi-Fi available, which was not mentioned in the property description.

I should mention that occasionally there was a smell of barn outside (not very strong and it would just pass after a while) and there were quite a few insects around (including some horse flies which can be aggressive) - something to be expected from a place in nature like this and probably nothing can be done about it, but I'm just mentioning it cause it could be an important detail to some people. Other than that, I only have a few small nitpicks (insignificant, just adding them in case they're of interest to the owner): the freezer's built-in ice-maker kept getting stuck, the home theater speakers were not properly setup, couldn't get them to sound properly with the TV, the billiard sticks were a bit crooked and their heads were missing or not in great shape, the chess board was missing pieces

It’s not a luxury cottage, area and cottage is not clean.
