Great location, not too far from the train station and all the tourist attractions, but far enough from the tourist attractions to make you feel like you were staying in a local area. Spacious and clean apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. Loved having a balcony to enjoy my morning coffee (maybe the only minus is that in the afternoon the balcony is in the full sun, so too hot to use.)

- apartment is really big and spacious, very comfortable, well equipped - great location - close to the central station as well as the city center - little something for breakfast - balcony - air condition in every room - good communication with the host

- a door in the room for one was missing, would appreciate it - mattreses are little worn out

This is a great place to stay in Palermo city center. Equipped with anything you would need for a short to medium stay, and a very comfortable and chic apartment. The host was very nice and welcoming.

The only downside - especially noisy due to seagulls living on the roof of the apartment, the nights were long and sleep was interrupted.

Patrizia met me directly and even brought me local pastries to say hello! She was super communicative leading up to my arrival and was present right when my taxi rolled up. She could not have been more welcoming and easy to work with! The elevator is a huge plus given the top-floor location! The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and perfect for my stay in Palermo. I had a large group of family staying at various hotels and apartments nearby, and I wanted a place to myself, and this apartment was the perfect spot. I loved the balcony/terrace in the mornings for coffee (the coffee machine was incredible and made GREAT coffee), the hot shower with a great showerhead, and the cozy, comfy couches and other furniture. The bed was firm (which I like), and the AC units worked great when needed. I mostly used the AC units as a fan to get air moving around when needed. There was plenty of storage for clothes and two full sets of towels provided. The street the apartment is located on is a great location - I felt safe walking back here alone during the evenings as a woman, and I loved the restaurants and cafe nearby (shoutout to Casa Obatala, Coquette and Divino in gusto all Magione!) I really have nothing but great thigns to stay about my stay in Palermo at this location and would highly recommend to other travelers. I will definitely be back on my next visit! Thank you to Patrizia and Donatella for making my stay so fantastic!

Nothing to note. The apartment was fantastic, and the hosts were excellent to work with.
