Beautiful exterior, spacious house, lovely patio, and a very nice swimming pool.
Great location.
Zero check-ins, cleaning, or linen/towel changes during our not at all cheap 7-night stay.
Broken drying rack, broken bed frame (living room bed), broken upstairs bathroom cupboard and only one sunbed for the pool.
No light in the master bedroom, living room clock not working, and upstairs TV not working.
Damaged fridge door seal dragging on the floor.
Rusty old pots, pans, and knives.
No supplies provided—just a half-used toilet roll and a nearly empty shower gel left by previous guests. No shampoo or extra toilet paper.
Only Bulgarian TV channels available.
Feels like a personal holiday home filled with used furniture that was tossed onto the rental market without proper adaptation, maintenance, or guest care.
