Terra Maiorum -12 person private Villa - heated pool and water massage

This is amazing place and we will 100% come back! We were quite a big group of 4 families with 6 kids in total and this villa was a perfect fit for such a group. The place is spacious, it has 2 apartments on 1st floor and 1 two-sided apartment on 2nd floor. Everything is air conditioned so heat is not an issue There is a pool on the ground floor which is not super big but we enjoyed it with kids, the open kitchen with grill is absolutely amazing - we loved it. On the top you will find an open roof terrace from where you can enjoy a glass of wine with a view on the bay. All apartments have also a terrace available. Important thing, the villa is super clean. You have space for 2 cars under the roof and 4 more open. Hosts are great, no issues at all. Helpful when you need them, we were welcomed in a nice manner. They also own a pizza place "Snoopy" on the other side of the road (literally 5 meters) with really tasty pizza - highly recommended. Povljana as a location is great, not too loud, shops are available and it's close to all lovely beaches in the area, you won't regret it. At the same time waaaaay more quite than Pag or Novljana. Overall I would recommend this place with absolutely no negative comments, it vastly exceeded our expectations.

Skvelé ubytovanie, úžasní majitelia 🙂 keď sme prišli do vily, nevedeli sme, kam sa máme skôr pozrieť. Úžasný vnútorný bazén, krásne izby. Jednoducho dokonalé ubytovanie❤️❤️ určite odporúčam!

Awesome high-end property with three separate apartments; two on the first and one on the second floor. Wonderful terrace as well as a ground-floor pool area. Tina and Marin are welcoming, great people who are there to help with your every need. They also own "Snoopy" bar across the street; you must try their pizza, the crust is absolutely amazing, you can tell that it has been rising for at least a day...If you are looking for a wonderful, worry-free, high-end experience in Povljana, look no further.
