Villa Miri II

The hosts and their staff were very kind and professional. The kitchen was well-equipped and a lot of amenities overall. The resort was very peaceful, and even though we didn’t expect it, it wasn’t cramped right next to other villas - there was a land of untouched vegetation right next to the resort. Upon request, the staff provided additional toiletries. To our surprise, on the last day, the hosts offered us a free lunch as a kind gesture of welcome since it was our first time staying in the resort - fresh baked fish.

On the first day, there were some minor issues with the internet, but upon reporting, they were quickly resolved. The hosts explained that they switched the internet service provider very recently, so that would explain it. After that, everything else worked flawlessly.

La casa è molto bella,moderna,minimal ma con tutte le cose necessarie. L’host è stato davvero gentile,sempre reperibile e ci ha aiutato a risolvere un problema iniziale che abbiamo avuto con la nostra prenotazione.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che su booking si prenota una casa che poi effettivamente è “diversa” da quella dove ho poi soggiornato. L’host ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste risolvendo il problema in maniera gentile e professionale ma inizialmente mi era stata data una casa che non era quella che avevo prenotato.
