Great location, not quiet enough, very clean!

Lovely grounds close to park and beach. Well kept bright for a basement unit

Unit was basement heard walking above us all night, refrigerator froze all our beverages and the a/c or dehumidifier was too loud for sleeping

Lovely Weekend Away

The host was very responsive when I had an issue with some noise overhead. The suite was beautiful and had everything that my husband and I needed for several days. We had the opportunity to have the garden level suite and then the upper level and while the garden level was just gorgeous, I think I will always choose the upper level due to the view and no one walking overhead. The place was extremely clean. Also, it was just a hop to the water. Property is right next to a beautiful ravine and there is a gazebo where I sat and read for a few hours. Overall, very relaxing. If you like inexpensive and authentic Mexican food try Salsa Caliente in town.

I wasn't fond of people walking overhead but that's just me. It didn't bother my husband at all.

Fabulous unit. VERY spacious, host has thought of every item you may need and provides lots of info.

Fantastic location and short walk to the beach/park. Lots of groceries nearby if you want to cook and plenty of restaurants to choose from if you don't. Close proximity to Point Pelee National Park and wineries.

Vey cozy, convenient, and close to nature!

The location was excellent, enjoyed the birds and squirrels, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Laundry area was a welcome convenience.

The basement suite gets some footstep noise from upstairs, so you can’t sleep in if your neighbors are up at 7. But it wasn’t a major problem.

Perfect suite for our quick trip home!

We travel regularly to visit my elderly father and have been at a loss for reasonable, clean and comfortable accommodation in Essex county near to my father. I’m so happy we found Seacliff Beach Suites! It’s in a quiet setting near the beach and boardwalk and close to amenities. The kitchenette was well equipped and the bed was heavenly; Not too soft nor firm. We will definitely been returning.

Perfect studio apartment for our weekend getaway

Beautiful studio apartment, with all the amenities, and a charming welcome book provided a full overview for the stay. Very nice location in proximity to the beach and shopping districts. Well heated and cozy for the winter, and I’m sure must be even more amazing in the summer. Could not have worked out better for our weekend getaway over the border.

Tout était vraiment tel que mentionné dans le descriptif de la réservation. Le logis est bien situé, on est près de toutes le commodités et à quelques minutes de la plage publique, parc national et ferry. Le studio est très bien équipé, spacieux, bien éclairé et le lit est très confortable. Le coin salon est agréable après une longue journée au soleil. C'est agréable de pouvoir profiter de la cour extérieure avec sa vue sur le lac Érié, un bon gazebo et un BBQ à notre disposition, on se sent chez soi. Le fait de pouvoir utiliser le lave linge était super vu que nous étions là pour 10 jours. Jamie et Cindy on répondu à nos demandes très rapidement et ils sont très discrets. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous y retournerons assurément. Se sont des hôtes accueillants et à l'écoute des gens. Leamington un bel endroit à découvrir. À bientôt.

Le studio au sous sol n'est pas très insonorisé alors on entends les gens qui logent en haut. J'avais lu ce commentaire alors j'ai apporté des bouchons ce qui m'a permis de dormir le matin. J'ajouterai un petit support pour faire sécher nos vêtements dans le studio, je ne suis pas fervente de la sécheuse ;-) Cela ne m'empêchera pas de retourner à cet endroit qui nous a fait vivre de belles vacances.
