Great communication with Home Holidays from the beginning via Booking.com and WhatsApp. All questions answered quickly. Check in was straightforward and collecting the keys on arrival was even easier. The villa was very well equipped and had pretty much everything you'd need, with the exception of washing up liquid but we left a new bottle for the next guests. The bin outside was emptied daily by site staff and the pool was cleaned 3 times while we were there over 11 days. Overall, beautiful villa, lovely gardens and great location. Would love to stay again.

Some of the furniture and fittings have seen better days and there was a mildew type smell in the bedroom with the double bed. Strangely there is an old tiny crt TV on the wall in the main bedroom but nowhere for it to possibly plug in, with how cheap flat screen TV's are nowadays it was strange to still see an old TV knocking around. Positives certainly outweigh any negatives at this villa though. Would definitely stay here again, but looking at prices for next year, we would have to pay more than double for the same stay over the same dates and unfortunately we don't feel it is worth the same value at those prices.

The property was perfect, very comfortable , Beds were clean and comfortable , Local walk to a lovely beach constant Hot water. off road parking Management agents were very helpful

Het huis was heel ruim. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is in het verblijf aanwezig; zoals strijkbout en föhn, maar ook de keuken is zeer compleet. Er is meer dan genoeg kastruimte voor kleding. De bedden zijn wat hard, maar liggen verder prima. De badkamers zijn super fijn! Ook het zwembad is heerlijk en het wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Je kunt ook lekker buiten eten. Het is ongeveer een half uur lopen naar de strip, maar dit is goed te doen! En anders kost een Uber maar een paar euro. Zeker een aanrader!

Swikly! Wir haben die Villa vom 17.05.2025 bis 22.05.2025 gemietet. Die Villa war sehr großzügig mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche, Gäste-WC, Garten-Pool-Bereich, Dachterrasse. Vor dem Check-In bekamen wir die folgende Aufforderung einer Kautionsagentur Swikly: "If Home Holidays does not carry out an inventory in your presence upon arrival we recommend that you take photos and send them to us. Carry out your inventory and submit your photos by clicking below ..." Der Check-In erfolgte über einen Schlüsselsafe und per Erklärungen über WhatsApp. Sehr gut. Nun hätte ich bei angenommenen nur 5 Photos je Raum also über 50 Photos machen und hochladen müssen. Was für ein Schwachsinn. Nebenbei bot Swikly noch eine Kautionsversicherung von 6,37 € / Tag an. Geschäftsmodell? Der gleiche Aufwand nochmal beim Check-Out: "Carry out your outgoing inventory and submit your photos by clicking below ..." Erst am 21.06.2025 erhielten wir die Bestätigung von Swikly, dass Home-Holidays die Kaution nicht in Anspruch nimmt. Warum erst einen Monat später? Die ganze Abwicklung ist extrem aufwändig und überbürokratisiert. Und es verunsichert total.
