I needed a simple room and shower for 12 hours between a flight from Australia and another to France. Arranging this hotel was much easier and far less expensive than the in-airport facilities.
The owner answered emails promptly and collected me quickly from the airport about 2km away.
The hotel is small and basic in a tiny street in an area with lots of hotels. Cheap meals were available within a short stroll.
If you needs are basic, this works well. If bells and whistles are needed, look elsewhere

Clean, mostly comfortable, accommodating and helpful staff
Reasonably quiet in the midst of busy airport neighborhood- no issues sleeping
Very close to airport; easy to get taxi even with very early morning departure
Availability of luggage storage
Availability of drinking water, noodles, and electric kettle all on-site
Only stairs, no elevator

"Perfect cheap spot for a 1 night stay.
Staff were responsive prior to stay to help with transport. We just got a grab though.
