The staff were very friendly. There's a lot of nice food in the local area. You are right by West Lake (Lake Tay Ho) which is nice to have a stroll around. The room was very comfortable.
My room only had one window that you couldn't open, and you couldn't see through it as the glass was distorted. It was a bit of a walk into the old quarter, although Grab taxis are cheap.

The apartment was extremely clean. Furnished very well for the stay. The bed was extremely comfortable for a good sleep. The morning view around the apartment was extremely joyful and happy. I liked the pagoda nearby. Good vibes.
The location isn't good. We reached at night after the shops around closed, so it felt deserted. Narrow street. The balcony door can't be opened because it peeps to another balcony. No window, so there is no ventilation and the kitchen exhaust should be kept on sometimes. Very small bathroom.
