+Nice terrace and sunbeds! +Comfy apartment. +Comfy beds. +Refurbished apartment, felt modern. +All utensils available. +Coffee, etc provided. +Wifi was good (80mbps download, 20mbps upload) +Responsive host over whatsapp. +Self check in with pinpad. +Late check in at 2pm allowed on request.
-Hot in summer! No fan or AC were available. -The host did not see our reservation made the night before, so when we arrived next day at 5pm, the apartment was not ready. They cleaned it perfectly while we went for dinner. +1 toilet paper roll provided. +Old staircase and building entrance (the apartment is good, though)

Sehr schönes, charmantes Appartement mit toller, sonniger Terrasse. Uns war es rundum wohl da. Am MI Mercato direkt vor der Tür, auch der See und Restaurants und Cafés nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt.
Luino ist lebhaft und recht laut bis spät abends, uns hat das aber überhaupt nicht gestört.

LaPimpaLuino is centrally located and was our home away from home. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet, and the kitchen has everything you need. I could enjoy the balcony weather permitting, and WiFi was fast. Our hostess was understanding and accommodated our special requests. It was excellent value for money, so we will return if we can.
Just FYI and no point deduction from us: LaPimpaLuino is on the 4th floor, and there's no elevator.

Mitten im Zentrum
Das Bad war nicht sauber und die Clo Bürste kann man nicht beschreiben. In der Dusche, entweder es war Dreck oder Schimmel. Zudem stand im inserat nicht das die Wohnung im 4 Stock befindet und es keinen Lift gibt, die letzte Treppen sehr steil. Vieles war kapput, die Sonnenliegen und WC Ring. Im grossen und ganzen sehr lieblos.
