Very clean and comfortable. Is good for a calm and relaxing holiday. The balcony is perfect for breakfast since in the morning it’s still in the shade and you get a nice sight. Communication with the owner was perfect, she’s very nice and helpful in case you have questions. There are supermarkets and lots of restaurants close to the property. There’s also a pier just a few minutes from the property from which you can visit other places by boat.
It’s on the top floor, so you have to climb a lot of stairs to get there. The apartment gets hotter than expected throughout the day, but thankfully an air conditioner is provided and it cools down a lot in the evening/ night.

-Hot in summer! No fan or AC were available. -The host did not see our reservation made the night before, so when we arrived next day at 5pm, the apartment was not ready. They cleaned it perfectly while we went for dinner. +1 toilet paper roll provided. +Old staircase and building entrance (the apartment is good, though)

Sehr schönes, charmantes Appartement mit toller, sonniger Terrasse. Uns war es rundum wohl da. Am MI Mercato direkt vor der Tür, auch der See und Restaurants und Cafés nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt.
Luino ist lebhaft und recht laut bis spät abends, uns hat das aber überhaupt nicht gestört.

Mitten im Zentrum
Das Bad war nicht sauber und die Clo Bürste kann man nicht beschreiben. In der Dusche, entweder es war Dreck oder Schimmel. Zudem stand im inserat nicht das die Wohnung im 4 Stock befindet und es keinen Lift gibt, die letzte Treppen sehr steil. Vieles war kapput, die Sonnenliegen und WC Ring. Im grossen und ganzen sehr lieblos.
