L’emplacement au cœur de ville, la taille de l’appartement, la terrasse très agréable et les 2 salles de bain. Le nécessaire de cuisine est présent.
On ne peut pas fermer le store dans la grande chambre et les éclairages extérieurs des voisins sont allumés la nuit. L’explication pour arriver et repartir de l’appartement pourrait être plus claire par écrit.

Super convenient to the waterfront in Luino. Everything very walkable. The apartment was super nice, very spacious and well laid out.
The parking can be a little bit tight. It definitely helps to have a small car.

Große Unterkunft, gute Zimmer mit guten Betten. Badezimmer ausreichend groß. Schöne Küche und gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon. Darüber hinaus die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine zu nutzen. Außerdem ein Parkplatz in der Garage. Mit einem kleineren SUV haben wir reingepasst (Volvo XC 40). Kontakt mit Vermieter ebenfalls gut. Wohnung direkt durch Garage per Aufzug erreichbar. Lage auch perfekt um Luino zu erkunden, zum einkaufen oder Essen gehen und der Weg zur Fähre ist kurz.

Heel groot en goed uitgerust appartement. Centraal gelegen in Luino. Veel buitenruimte op balkons.
Er hing een bedompte geur in de woonkamer. Met de balkondeuren open was het goed. Veel regels van het huis komen beetje ongastvrij over.
