Eine grosse Wohnung über 2 Etagen in relativ neuem Zustand. Sehr Stadtnah und der beste Panificio von Padua an der Ecke. Mit der Tram unten an der Ecke kommt man einfach ins Zentrum, auch zu Fuss kann man es gut erreichen.
Wir wurden mit unzähligen Nachrichten vor der Ankunft informiert über den Eincheck-Modus und dann hat es doch nicht funktioniert. Die Hausnummer war falsch angegeben und die Türe liess sich nicht über den Code öffnen. Ich musste eine der vier (!) angegeben Telefonnummern erreichen und nach mehrmaligem Versuch per Remote-Öffnung hat es dann geklappt. Der Trick ist folgender: man muss die Türe kurz vor dem automatischen Öffnen fest anziehen und dann schnell drücken.
Einige Gegenstände sind leicht defekt, wie z.B. Moskitonetze in 2 Fenstern, 1 Innenrollo, beim nutzen einer Steckerleiste im Wohnzimmer ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen.
Die kleine Seitenstraße, in der die Wohnung liegt , schaut etwas schäbig aus.

Kontakt z gospodarzem poprzez komunikator internetowy. Self-check in poprzez otrzymany kod. Mieszkanie dwupoziomowe: dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki, kuchnia oraz salon z kanapą. Dodatkowo taras na parterze oraz na piętrze. W mieszkaniu maksymalnie pomieści się 6 osób. Mieszkanie czyste i wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy potrzebne do egzystencji. W pobliżu przystanek tramwaju nr 1 oraz piekarnia.
Sugeruję naprawę drzwi do sypialni.

Welc-ōM had all the essentials of what a house should have. Spacious too. I also used the washing machine and iron which was great.
I could not use the porches because not well kept.
Shower head upstairs sprays water in the outside and shower downstairs doesn't drain properly-need checking.
