Das Obergeschoss mit Schlafzimmer und Bad ist modern und gemütlich. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, 2 Wäscheständer und eine Bügelmöglichkeit. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Stadtspaziergänge.
Die Küchenausstatung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Terrassen brauchen Pflege um wieder nutzbar zu sein. Parkplatz gibt es mit viel Glück in der nächsten Straße.

Struttura pulita, ben arredata, letto comodo, posizione vicino alla fermata del tram. Molto belle le terrazze.
Il soggiorno è poco illuminato (dà su una strada stretta). È presente una gattaiola che la notte permetteva l’ingresso a dei gatti (non eravamo stati avvisati)

The upstairs/sleeping area was absolutely lovely. The bathrooms were clean and large.
Three things would make a nice difference: 1. More lighting (a couple of lamps) in the living area as it is quite dark. 2. A larger drying rack to allow laundry to dry after washing 3. Better communication immediately before arrival. The hosts use an AI communication for automated messages, which works well enough, but it was hard to reach an actual person to get the checkin instructions until only a few hours before our arrival.
