A cute loft in a quiet street

We liked the well equipped kitchen, the style and the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet location, as well as the possibility of finding parking free of charge. The terrace is lovely to watch the sun come up over the roofs and the churches' cupolas and bell towers. There is a good Pam supermarket just around the corner.

Seeing that we visited during a heatwave, it was hard to stay in a loft apartment during the day. It would have been impossible without the AC. Also, the window in the bedroom doesn't open so it was impossible to air out the room. Had we visited during the cold months, it would have been perfect.

Really nice place to stay in Padova.

-Location was very nice- around 10 minutes walk form historic city centre. Really quiet area. -Great terrace with nice view on the neighbourhood rooftops. -All necessary facilities available- we stayed here in the middle of our travel so it was great to make a laundry. -Close to cafe, supermarket,bakery and gelateria.

Perfect location and beautiful balcony

Location of the apartment is PERFECT, in a super safe neighbourhood, 7mins from Prato della Valle, 1min from a big supermarket and tram and bus stops. Everything is nearby. There is a beautiful balcony, having a breakfest on there was such a joy. The apartment is completely new, the kitchen has everything needed, and the bed is comfortable.

The doors of the bathroom and the bedroom are not actually regular doors but sliding folding doors, so there is not so much privacy noise-wise. They are also pretty loud when opening and closing, which can be a problem at night, when somebody goes to the bathroom or out of the bedroom.

Cozy and quiet top floor flat with an amazing terrace

I found the apartment very clean and cozy. Furthermore, it's very quiet, which makes it ideal for home office too, if you need to work for a few hours, like me. Last, but not least, the terrace is amazing!

Superb

This accommodation was so nice, and well-equipped. The center was about 20 min walk from it. The terrace was so big and good for have a lunch/dinner.

Excellent

The apartment is absolutely lovely. Brand new, has everything that you might possibly need during your stay. From plug sockets placed in strategic spots, to extra virgin olive oil and spices for cooking, to clothes washing up liquid and much more. Everything is brand new and sparkling clean. Very warm and has a super cute balcony as well. Tram stop is literally 2 minutes away, and the center is a 15 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, praktikus és hangulatos ott tartózkodás.

Könnyű bejutás, jó kommunikáció. Ragyogó tisztaság, mindennel felszerelt, praktikus konyha, hangulatos berendezés. A teraszról a kilátás nagy élmény. Nagyon közel a látnivalókhoz, mégis nyugodt helyen. Ingyenes a parkolás, bár nem könnyű helyet találni.

Az ágyak nagyon kényelmetlenek. 1-2 éjszaka még kibírható, hosszabb tartózkodásra nem választanám.

Posizione ottima, Letti assolutamente scomodi

La posizione, vicino alla fermata del tram e vicino a vari servizi.

I letti (entrambi) sono assolutamente da rifare, totalmente scomodi. Passa in secondo piano il fatto che si tratta di una soffitta adibita a casa (dalle foto si può capire). Il materasso del divano letto è devastante, pieno di affossamenti, in alcuni punti si sente il metallo della struttura di supporto. Quello della "camera" è passabile, ma di due non se fa uno. Su tutti gli altri piccoli difetti posso anche passare oltre, ma sulla scomodità del riposo no.
