Recebi um email informando que o check-in estava liberado antes do horário previsto (16 horas). Porém, a recepção não tinha essa mesma informação. Tive que fazer contato através de email - um péssimo meio de comunicação nestas situações, em que algúem precisa de uma resposta rápida - e a informação inicial que recebi não se confirmou, ou seja, o check-in não estava nada liberado antes do horário.

Tamanho do quarto e localização
Estava tendo uma reforma e não conseguimos dormir pela manhã. Qndo fui avisada antes da estadia, falaram que não poderiam trocar de apartamento. Sendo assim, não adiantou nada terem informado no dia anterior a questão da reforma. Moramos em São Paulo e fomos para hotel para relaxar, descansar, o que de fato não aconteceu. O lençol também estava furado e tinha muita sujeira embaixo da cama.
