Hermoso el departamento, tenía todo para que estemos cómodo. La ubicación es exelente porque tenemos cerca varios lugares atractivo de Palermo. La atención de emilio y su mamá fueron increíble. Super amable y responsable

Muy buena opción para bsas. No está en micro centro pero la zona es brutal y en media hora o menos, estás en micro centro. Súper equipado, tiene heladera lavadora, etc

La comodidad del departamento, muy amplio y su lugar estratégico cerca de una boca de subte y en la esquina de una de las avenidas principales

a fechadura eletrônica acabou a pilha e não conseguimos entrar no apto. Tínhamos um compromisso de trabalho e estávamos com tempo justo. O proprietário não atendeu e tivemos que chamar um chaveiro. 40 minutos depois, quando o chaveiro chegou, o proprietário nos ligou e deu uma solução. Tivemos que pagar USD 20 para o chaveiro. O proprietário disse que iria reembolsar mas não cumpriu com sua palavra. Episódio muito triste e lamentável que mostra seu caráter não confiável. O apartamento também tem armários com cheiro forte de mofo, e algumas fechaduras internas ruins, precisando de melhorais.
