The apartment is well-equipped, very clean, the area was silent. The owner is very friendly, provided all the necessary information prior to arrival.

A comfortable stay away from the hustle of the city.

Apartment was newly renovated, clean, comfortable for 3 adults, good location for buses and easy walk to shops. Micaela, the host was very helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this property and if we ever are back in Milan in the future, we will be sure to rebook again.

Agradable apartamento para visitar Milán si tienes coche.

El apartamento es muy bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. La anfitriona estuvo muy atenta y nos dio todas las indicaciones para llegar al apartamento sin problema. Zona tranquila.

Casa perfetta 😊

La casa è pulita, ha un bagno grande, arredata con gusto, parcheggio gratuito sotto casa, vicina al Forum di Assago e al centro. Micaela è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Sicuramente sarà il nostro punto di riferimento quando andiamo a Milano.

Ottima la posizione per spostarsi. La struttura era pulitissima, silenziosa e con biancheria da hotel 5 stelle L' unico suggerimento, qualche cialda di caffè in più. Il tutto e' stato perfetto, oltre le aspettative.

La camera non ha finestre, trattandosi comunque di un piccolo appartamento non è un problema. La scala esterna potrebbe essere un problema per anziani e per chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione, diversamente è un allenamento per le passeggiate.

SEHR SAUBER und frisch renoviert- zentral+ gut gelegen- KOMME GERNE WIEDER

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll + praktisch eingerichtet , super sauber+ alles ist da. war nun das zweite Mal da für 8tage. Die Gegend ist ruhig und wirkt sicher und ist nahe zum Naviglio Kanal. Micaela ist sehr hilfsbreit und stets gut erreichbar per whatsapp. KOMME GERNE WIEDER.

Wer mit dem auto Abends ankommt muss eventuell etwas länger nach Parkplatz suchen. Am Wochenende haben wohl einige andere Bewohner im Haus Gäste die gerne singen + sich freuen, das ist für Italien normal am Wochenende in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Aufgrund des Baujahres ist die Körperschall Übertragung der Wasserrohre nicht isoliert was bisweilen etwas laut ist auch bei Trittschall. Gebäude ist wohl 60er Jahre - ALLES NUR KLEINIGKEITEN -komme gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin Micaela, die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und renoviert, sogar ein Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach ist da , ruhige Lage zum Innenhof, die Kommunikation war stets sehr flink+präzise. sehr schnelles Internet und alles vorhanden ,auch für mehrere Tage es gibt eine NEspresso Kapselmaschine ,man muss sich nur kapseln mitnehmen- 1 War schon als Begrüßung vorhanden. DANKE sehr . Gerne komme ich wieder. Alles GUT organisiert. Das Gebäude Mehrfamilien Haus mit ca. 20 Wohnungen ist schon etwas älter vermutlich 1960er Jahre. Innen (Wohnung) ist alles erneuert sehr schönes Bad, bequemes Bett. alles sehr schön + sauber.

wer mit dem eigenen Auto anreist wird am Abend etwas länger Geduld haben müssen um einen Parkplatz zu finden besonders , wenn das Fahrzeug länger als 4,8m ist meines ist 4,9.. aber der Rest ist dafür überzeugend. Das Mehrfamilienhaus ist vermutlich aus 60er/70er Jahre und damit ist Akustik und Trittschalldämmung etwas dünn. Ab 23uhr wird es aber ruhiger. Die Wasserrohre und Toilettenspülung sind akustisch auch aus umliegenden Wohnungen zu hören. Dies ist aber typisch für ältere Gebäude.
