On the Sand Beachfront Condo, Newly Renovated

Clean, newly renovated, cozy. Great view of the ocean and beach on the 10th floor. Condo right off the elevator. Pool will need code from the owner and make sure you grab a wristband on your way to the beach to get back in.

A little out of the way from the main happenings of Myrtle Beach but that’s what makes this part of the beach quieter. Parking garage is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle.

The unit was really clean and the unit was updated. The location was great and overall a really nice place.

We were not informed that renovations were happening on the balconies in the building. When we checked in at 4pm, the noise from the construction was so loud in the unit that it was not enjoyable to be there. Thank goodness we had plans to go out. Also, we did not have access to the balcony. The doors to the balcony were covered up in plastic so we really couldn’t even see out the glass doors. One of our main draws to this location was a balcony that we could go out on and see the ocean. It would’ve been nice to have known that this was taking place the date of our stay because we would have looked into other locations.

Proximity to the beach and Garden City Pier. The room was super clean and contained everything we needed.

We did not receive instructions prior to arrival on how to gain entry into our room. The shelf inside refrigerator door was cracked and eventually broke and crashed into the bottom shelf. Towards the end of visit the drains clogged. Now they want me to pay for both. We were at fault for neither.
