We booked this vacation for our elderly mother who is battling dementia. The beach has always been her happy place. This location was perfect. Easy access to the beach. Wonderful views from the balcony. Not too high up. The snack bar for easy lunches.
But there was a water leak from above into the main bathroom and the building was evacuated in the middle of the night due to the fire alarm. Neither the fault of the owner but it took a while to get the leak fixed and the mess cleaned up.
All in all a great trip. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lots of kitchen items, lots of hot water, and a washer & dryer. Decor isn't the most modern, but furniture is in good shape and quite comfortable. Location is great, steps to the beach. 6 guests would really be stretching the capacity of this condo.

The condo is a bit rundown, the carpets were not clean nor vacuumed there was a contact in the bedroom. Not a lot of kitchen cooking utensils or pits and pans that you could cook with they were very warn. The pillows were stained we went out and purchased pillows for the bedroom to sleep in as there were blood stains on them. I like the building but this unit needs updates.
