Great location, poor execution and upkeep.

Great location, cute restaurants and bars nearby, metro within steps away, safe neighbourhood.

As two young female travellers coming to Paris for the first time, we were extremely disappointed upon arrival after a long travel day. To begin, the bathroom was very small, which can be expected in Paris, however, the toilet seat was damaged, no full length towel were available, therefore leaving us to use hand and face towels to shower with. The washer machine was out of service and covered in duck tape, which we were not informed about and anticipated use therefore leaving us to use a public laundry mat. There was only one functioning light out of the two installed, therefore we relied on the skylight for light, yet the blinds were not able to fully opened or closed. Though the entry points of the building were highly secured, there was 5 flights of old and poorly installed wood stairs which can be an issue for those travelling with large suitcases or those who struggle with mobility.

Per il prezzo pagato e il servizio offerto é un po’ eccessivo.

La posizione é ottima; vicino alla metro, supermercato vicino e quartiere tranquillo.

Non offre per niente servizi. Non avendo il tavolo con le sedie, si mangia su una mensola con lo sgabello, ma c’é solo uno sgabello. Abbiamo affittato l’appartamento per 2 persone, uno ha dovuto mangiare sul divano letto. C’è scritto che trovi asciugacapelli ma non si trova. La lavatrice c’è scritto che c’è ma é fuori uso. La serratura della porta é in basso, per aprire la porta ti devi abbassare.

Assez bien sauf pour le rideau du velux qu’on ne peut pas ouvrir

l’emplacement - l’espace plutôt bien agencé - la propreté - le prix, mais ça ne valait pas plus. A Paris les propriétaires s’enflamment sur les prix pour des logements et des services très discutables.

Le rideau de la fenêtre de toit qu’on ne peut pas ouvrir s’il pleut (étrange), donc pas de lumière naturelle dans ce cas. J’ai décidé de ne pas toucher le rideau de peur de le casser et d’ouvrir le velux. S’il ne fait pas trop froid et qu’il ne pleut pas c’est ok. Mon arrivée n’avait pas été anticipée, donc ménage pas fait quand j arrive à la fin de ma journée vers 18h, heureusement le propriétaire a été joignable, puis j’ai attendu une bonne trentaine de mn que la personne chargée du ménage arrive. Ensuite, je ne pouvais pas attendre qu’elle finisse car j’avais un rendez-vous pour dîner. Je m’étais levée le matin vers 3h30 car j’arrivais de loin, j’avais hâte de poser mes valises et de prendre une douche. Tant pis ! :D J’attends toujours le geste commercial promis par le propriétaire. Le code de la porte du bas n’était pas le bon; comme à mon arrivée c’était ouvert je n’ai pas vérifié, j’ai failli rester coincée dehors en revenant du dîner. Heureusement le propriétaire a pu me répondre par sms Ouf !!
