Pinewood Lodge

Lodge très agréable, bien situé, calme. Chambre spacieuse, grand placard, lit parfait pour nous, équipement cuisine suffisant. L’extérieur est très agréable et donne accès à un sentier pour prendre le bus 207 à 3 minutes à pied. En résumé, parfait pour deux sans handicap (escalier assez pentu).

Si c'était possible de mettre un peu d'information sur les différentes prises de courant et interrupteurs, qui fait quoi...!

The accommodation was spacious, very comfortable king size bed, warm, two toilets, lots of facilities, good location. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at. Everything travellers need and more

Really our only reservation was access. It would be good to have a sign on the gate at the rear of the property which is on a different street that says Pinewood. We used the GPS coordinates which were great but took us to the front of the property. This is not the guest access but we would not have been able to carry heavy suitcases in from the rear (the guest access) anyway. Bit unusual too that TV only worked with our own streaming access, something we’ve not encountered before.

Easy walking distance to the main Douglas village and good transport links to Cork City.
