Authentic Buda Home

This apartment is just what it says: "AUTHENTIC"! The entry from the street leads you into a welcoming foyer with stairs that wrap around a 2-person lift. Once up to the 2nd floor, two breezeways (open to the courtyard below) diverge and one leads to this charming little apartment. The layout of the apartment is interesting with one oversize bedroom adjoining the living area, and another (much smaller) bedroom adjacent to the kitchen. The floors are squeaky, herringbone, hard wood and the furnishings are 60's/70's style pieces with kitschy items scattered around to give the apartment the feel that you've stepped back in time several decades. Public transport trolley stop was 2 minutes from the front door, and for convenience a 24 hour market is located directly below the apartment. The shower was a bit small but water pressure/temperature were great. Having the Washing Machine was great! The contactless entry instructions were easy to understand and follow... (except for the fact that we arrived late, during a thunderstorm, and were exhausted from a disasatrous day of travel).

Only two MINOR things made our stay less than perfect. 1) the neighboring apartment was undergoing renovations, and construction noises began early in the morning... 2) since there is no Aircon, an additional fan for the apartment would be helpful

In a very good location, easy access to public transport, big flat, well equipped kitchen, nice building

Old fashioned flat, not renovated, wooden floor is making noise when you walk, neighbors can see you if you don’t pull the curtains at night, there are written notes in the kitchen and bedroom about the noise after 8 pm and the fine of 300 EUR if the neighbors report to the police…

Este o locația foarte bine poziționată cu acces rapid la tramvai de unde se poate ajunge în orice parte a orașului. O cameră mare și una mai mică dar este suficient spațiu pentru 3-4 persoane. Raport calitate preț bun.
