Tam Coc Sana Villa & Homestays

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hospitality from Dan and Amy was nothing short of excellent. They were kind, attentive, and warm. They showed us a map of the area and gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was amazing, close proximity to the village restaurant, and close to all the main attractions. The checkout process was so comfortable and seamless. There is a homely reception with the World Cup playing, calming atmosphere, and we were even offered a shower before heading to the airport after we checked out hours earlier. They arranged pickup and drop off seamlessly from Hanoi for a great price and very comfortable. They also made a takeaway breakfast for us when we told them we would be doing activities early. This was greatly appreciated and was delicious. Dan also helped us arranging bicycles and a scooter for a very good price. He was very receptive towards us Irish 🇮🇪🇮🇪 Eggscellent stay 🥚

The host were incredibly friendly, helpful and incredible The breakfast was a highlight, specifically the steam rice cakes Just outside the main street of Tam Coc, with free bicycles to get into town, so you feel close but quiet

The shower bathtub was quite difficult to get in and out of One of the bathroom window looks out to a neighbouring balcony so it needs to be closed

Such a great, comfortable place with friendly staff. My room was spacious and luxurious, so you will definitely get value for money here. There was a good variety of free breakfast options, and the dining area near the lobby was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed using the villa's bikes to explore the surrounding areas in Ninh Binh / Tam Coc. The location is quiet yet central and is a short bike ride away from several temples and attractions. Dan is an exceptional host and will ensure you have the best possible stay. He will gladly give you tips on how to make the most of your visit to Ninh Binh. Staying here was a highlight of my trip. It was nice to be at the edge of town, close enough to walk but not right in town. Easy bike ride (bikes included) to the countryside. Several restaurants and spa are nearby. We used the pool, which is small if a lot of people are there, but it was rare anyone else was around. Breakfast is ordered the night before and we enjoyed the breakfast Banh Mi but everything we had was good. Was there during a heat wave and it was great to have access to water downstairs. They also provided laundry service (small fee) which was very fast.

Only thing I don't understand is when showers don't have shower curtains. Maybe it's cultural but was surprised at that. Just took baths so made it work.
