Our stay here was amazing, the hosts Dan and Amy were really welcoming and helpful - available to help in the property and via WhatsApp. Free and good quality bikes to rent, quick laundry service for a good price. The property is in a really good location, a few minutes bike ride into the busy area of Tam Coc also means a very short walk into the busy area but in the quieter end of town which meant a great nights sleep in a comfy bed! Also lots of amazing restaurants very close by! I recommend Zenflow for brunch. Rooms were very clean, modern and spacious and delicious breakfast. Overall lovely family business who care about their hospitality and great room for price!

We had such a lovely visit to Ninh Binh, and a big part of that was due to Dan the owner of the Sana Villa. He made us feel so welcome. He drove us to town in his electric car. Gave great dinner recommendations and helped us with our every need. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast plentiful and delicious. Ninh Binh is a delightful town. The bike ride to Bich Dong Pagoda is a must do. We spent three days in Ninh Binh which was perfect for a slow visit in such beautiful country. Please stay at the Sana Villa, you won't regret it.

The location was perfect for us; a short walk to the main strip but in a quieter area. We were able to walk to many places. Breakfast is included; you can order as much as you want, but it’s quite mediocre and comes out rather slow. The rooms are quite spacious but pretty basic. Sound seems to carry through the building as we could hear the elevator bell and conversations in other rooms fairly clearly. The layout of the bathroom means that the floor can get quite wet after someone takes a shower. The staff were really kind but we found the amount of correspondence before and during the stay a bit much.
