Schöne Lage.
Die Lage des Apartment Komplexes ist wirklich schön. Ruhig - weiter weg von der Hauptstraße gelegen und erste Reihe vom Strand aus. Zugang direkt zum Meer. Das Apartment ist neu, Parkplätze kostenfrei auf einem abgeschlossenen Bereich zur Verfügung. Sehr schönes Bad, ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine. Geräumige, begehbare Kammer, sehr praktisch um Koffer etc. unterzustellen. W-Lan funktionierte gut.
Dafür das in der Beschreibung Meerblick ausgewiesen ist, war das Apartment leider überhaupt nicht mit Meerblick ausgestattet. Der Wohnzimmer Blick ging auf den vorderen Parkplatz und die Schlafzimmer zum Nebenhaus. Selbst vom Balkon aus konnte man diesen nur erahnen, da das Apartment in der ersten Etage war und hier über die Dünen kein Meerblick möglich ist. Dies sollte man in der Beschreibung dann auch ehrlicherweise so angeben. Leider gab es noch weitere Fehlbeschreibungen, wie das ein Ofen bestünde. Auch diesen gibt es nicht - nur eine Mikrowelle! Das man diese nicht mit einem richtigen Ofen vergleichen kann, sollte auch klar sein. Als wir das Apartment betreten haben kam uns als erstes die Dichtung der Tür entgegen, außerdem gab es Flecken auf Möbeln und Gardinen sowie ein Loch in der Wand, hinter der Couch, was uns beim ausklappen direkt auffiel. Auch der Besen, im Abstellbereich, war voll von Dreck und Haaren von den vorherigen Mietern, diese sollte man auch vorher entfernen. Ich denke so etwas sollte bei so einem neuen Apartment nicht passieren. Geschirrspültaps für den Spüler gab es auch keine vor Ort - wurden uns dann aber im Nachgang vom Hausmeister nachgereicht. Nach mehrfachen versuchen die Unterkunft telefonisch zu erreichen, haben wir dann an auf unsere Mail zumindest eine Rückmeldung bekommen, das der Hausmeister diese beseitigen wird. Die gemeldeten Mängel wurden dann noch am gleichen Tag soweit es ging behoben.
