Wyjątkowe miejsce

Prawdziwa "Sielanka". Piękne miejsce z ładnymi widokami, sielskim otoczeniem, bliska odległość od morza (dojazd 6 minut), zadbane czyste domki, sympatyczna Pani Gospodarz, wszystko to, tworzy wyjątkowy klimat. Polecamy jeśli szukacie miejsca do odpoczynku i spokoju, jeśli chcecie, żeby budził Was kogut, jeśli chcecie zjeść śniadanie na tarasie patrząc na piękną łąkę. Miejsce idealne dla dzieci, gdzie mogą pobiegać, pobawić się w piachu, obejrzeć maszyny rolnicze i zwierzęta. Synek płakał ponad godzinę w samochodzie w drodze powrotnej, że tęskni "za farmą". Na uwagę zasługuje też fajnie przygotowane zaplecze na chwile relaksu przy bajce/filmie. Zdecydowanie będziemy wracać!

Klidné místo kousek od pobřeží

Skvělé ubytování v dostatečně velké a dobře vybavené chatě. V areálu statku, v oddělené zahradě, stranou od velkého turistického ruchu, přesto blízko k moři. Ráno nás budil kohout, koně v ohradě a krávy na pastvinách. Krásné.

Süßes Ferienhäuschen in idyllischer Umgebung :)

Das Haus war sehr ausreichend und gemütlich eingerichtet und die Umgebung ist ist ein absoluter Traum! Total idyllisch!

Es roch die meiste Zeit etwas unangenehm aus den Abflüssen im Bad, was wir uns nicht so richtig erklären konnten. Das war allerdings das Einzige, das etwas störend war.

Absolut ok, für den Preis super, freundlicher und mehr Programm für die Kinder mit den Tieren am Hof und es wäre super.

Schöner Platz, tolle Aussicht. Großes Plus! Nach Nachfrage wurde uns sofort Brennholz für ein Lagerfeuer gebracht und dieses sogar angezündet. Das war top!

Kalt, keine Heizmöglichkeit. Nach ein paar Tagen hat es auf der Terrasse nach Fäkalien gerochen( kam aus dem Abflussrohr unter dem Haus) nach zwei Tagen war der Geruch wieder weg. Wir waren mit Kindern dort, ein „Bauer“ hat den Kindern Pflanzen gezeigt mit denen sie die Pferde füttern dürfen, ein andere Bauer hat sie kurz darauf unfreundlich darauf hin gewiesen die Pferde auf keinen Fall damit zu füttern… die Freundlichkeit im allgemeinen ist ausbaufähig.

Rodzina zadowolona, nie pozostaje nic innego jak polecić :)

Podobało nam się chyba wszystko. Pani prowadząca obiekt bardzo zaradcza, pomocna, miła. Stanowczo jako personel daje radę to wszystko udźwignąć. Na prawdę duży plus za obsługę. Samo miejsce klimatyczne, będące fajną bazą wypadową. Nie było miejsca gdzie nawigacja wskazałaby 15 minut do miejsca docelowego samochodem(8-13min), gdyż jest w okolicach tyle możliwości dla całej rodziny na spędzenie czasu, że tygodnia mogłoby zabraknąć.

Według nas są niestety 2 małe mankamenty. Pierwszy to polityka firmy. Meldunek na 15 godzinę, wymeldunek na godzinę 10. Jakby nie liczyć, wynajmując na dobę, mamy 19h. Z reguły trafialiśmy na różnicę 1, lub 2 godzin. Nie wiem co za huragan by tam musiał przejść, by na ogarnięcie domku potrzeba 5 godzin. Propo ogarnięcia drugi mankament- sam domek czysty, pościel świerza, wszystko jak być powinno. Jednak po wychyleniu się przez barierkę można uświadczyć widoków puszek po piwie (między innymi), które zapewne zagościły poprzednimi wizytami w otaczających domek ozdobnych kamieniach. Wierzę, że personel mógł tego nie dostrzec, gdyż My to dostrzegliśmy dopiero w dniu wyjazdu. Proszę to potraktować jako podpowiedź, nie czepialstwo. :)

ISTNA SIELANKA

Domki Sielanka to miejsce, do którego chce się wracać! Spędziliśmy tam trzy cudowne dni i jesteśmy zachwyceni. Domek był bardzo zadbany, czysty i świetnie wyposażony – wszystko, czego potrzeba, było na miejscu. Drewniane wnętrze dodaje uroku, a całość tworzy idealne warunki do odpoczynku. Ogromnym plusem jest cisza i spokój wokół, a jednocześnie bliskość morza i atrakcji Niechorza. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy i bardzo miły. Widać, że to miejsce tworzone z sercem. Zdecydowanie polecam – idealne zarówno na romantyczny wyjazd, jak i rodzinny wypoczynek!

Prawdziwa Sielanka

Domki oraz miejsce bardzo urokliwe. Naprawdę sielanka. Cisza spokój, którego potrzebowałam. Blisko do pobliskich miejscowości. Ogrzewanie podłogowe które mnie bardzo zaskoczyło pozytywnie.

Zdziwił mnie brak ręczników i kocy, gdzie jest to już raczej standard w wyposażeniu.

Miejsce z potencjałem, ale z wieloma niedociągnięciami.

Pobyt w domkach miał kilka przyjemnych momentów, ale niestety było też sporo rozczarowań. Przed przyjazdem pytałem o grilla i otrzymałem zapewnienie, że jest dostępny. Na miejscu okazało się, że grill jest tylko jeden na wszystkie domki, co powodowało spore problemy, bo większe ekipy po prostu go zajmowały. Sam grill był ogromny, przez co potrzebne było drewno (którego na miejscu nie było), a zwykły węgiel się nie nadawał – musieliśmy kupić drewno na stacji paliw. Sytuację dodatkowo skomplikowała impreza rodzinna organizowana przez właścicieli, która zajęła grilla praktycznie na cały dzień. Ciężko mówić więc o swobodnym korzystaniu z obiecywanego wyposażenia. Warto też uczciwie przedstawić realia terenu. Okolica jest urokliwa, ale pełno jest porozstawianego sprzętu rolniczego, a wjazd na teren domków pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Przydałyby się aktualne zdjęcia pokazujące rzeczywisty wygląd posesji. Duży niesmak pozostawiła kwestia psa właścicieli. Pies jest miły i nikomu nie zrobił krzywdy, ale cały czas biegał po terenie, co może być uciążliwe dla osób przyjeżdżających z własnym psem (za którego dodatkowo płaci się 100 zł). W takiej sytuacji trudno pilnować swojego zwierzaka i nie martwić się o ewentualne nieporozumienia. Pies niestety wyglądał na bardzo wychudzonego, co również budziło pewne nieprzyjemne odczucia. Co do samego domku – był czysty, ale trudno sobie wyobrazić pobyt tam latem. Brak klimatyzacji, moskitier w oknach, a w chłodne dni (jak w naszym przypadku na Wielkanoc) brak ogrzewania w domku był wyraźnie odczuwalny. W łazience brak ręcznika do rąk czy nawet głupiego mydła. Kwestia prywatności także pozostawia wiele do życzenia – brak rolet w łazience sprawia, że z drugiego domku można było zobaczyć osobę korzystającą z łazienki, co jest bardzo niekomfortowe. Podsumowując — miejsce ma potencjał, ale wiele aspektów wymaga poprawy.
