The cottage is in a good location, around the corner from supermarket and some cafes and restaurants which was handy. The landmarks are pretty close for a drive in the car. The back garden gets some lovely afternoon sun and everything seemed clean and tidy. Fully enclosed back garden for the dog. Split system warmed up the house quickly in winter. Easy access from carport parking spot to front door. Lots of space in the living areas. Suited us for one night.
Overpriced for what it was, a few things really need updating. The photos were a little misleading. The bed linen and towels felt a bit cheap, curtains around the living area got stuck and we wanted to open them but were worried they might come off the pulleys. Same with the plantation shutters around the patio, couldn’t move most of them to open which was a shame. Some tea/coffee/milk etc in the kitchen would have been appreciated. Considering we had just stayed in a 4 bedroom villa with a pool near Noosa for the same price per night, felt a bit short-changed.
